1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• "Account" means the personal betting account registered in your name on the mpo869 platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or other gambling product offered by mpo869.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by mpo869, subject to specific terms.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from your bank account or e-wallet into your mpo869 Account balance.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from your mpo869 Account balance to your registered bank account or e-wallet.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all timestamps, draw schedules, and customer service hours unless otherwise stated.
• "Togel" means the traditional Indonesian numbers lottery game, also known as Toto Gelap, in which players predict 2D, 3D, or 4D number combinations drawn from international lottery pools.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

You must meet all of the following criteria to register and use an Account on mpo869:

• You are at least 21 years of age. mpo869 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide valid identification will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You are a legal resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of mpo869 complies with the laws of your country, state, or province of residence.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are not currently self-excluded from gambling activities on mpo869 or any other platform.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to:

• Register only one Account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account.
• Notify mpo869 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Complete identity verification (KYC) when requested. This may require submission of government-issued identification (KTP, passport, driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement). Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of request will result in account restrictions.

2.3 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are prohibited from registering or using an Account on mpo869:

• Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of employees of mpo869 or its affiliated companies.
• Professional gamblers or individuals who have been banned from gambling establishments or platforms in any jurisdiction.
• Individuals who have previously had an Account closed by mpo869 for violation of these Terms.
• Automated systems, bots, or third-party software designed to place bets on behalf of users.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mpo869 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. If your deposit does not appear in your Account balance within 15 minutes, contact customer support immediately with proof of payment. mpo869 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

3.3 Deposit Source Verification

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (from family members, friends, or unrelated accounts) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and return of funds to the original source. mpo869 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account has completed identity verification (KYC) if requested.
• You have met all bonus wagering requirements (if applicable).
• Your Account is not under investigation for fraud, collusion, or violation of these Terms.
• The withdrawal destination (bank account or e-wallet) is registered in your legal name and matches your Account details.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

mpo869 aims to process all withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• BCA and BRI: 15–60 minutes during WIB business hours (08:00–20:00 WIB).
• BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP: 30 minutes–3 hours during WIB business hours.
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay): 15–60 minutes, available 24/7.

Withdrawals submitted outside WIB business hours or on Indonesian public holidays may experience delays. Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed. mpo869 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing funds.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and payment method. mpo869 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transfer fees on their end.

4.4 Reversal of Withdrawals

Once a withdrawal request has been approved and processed by mpo869, it cannot be reversed. If you wish to cancel a pending withdrawal before it is processed, you must contact customer support immediately.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on mpo869 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip before submission. mpo869 will not cancel or refund bets placed in error unless a technical malfunction on our platform is confirmed.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets are governed by the following principles:

• Settlement: All bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (FIFA, UEFA, AFC, etc.). mpo869's internal scorekeeping is for informational purposes only.
• Postponed or Abandoned Matches: If a match is postponed or abandoned before completion, all bets are void and stakes refunded unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original kickoff time.
• Participant Changes: Bets stand regardless of changes to team lineups, unless the market specifically references a named player (e.g., "First Goalscorer"). If a named player does not participate, bets on that selection are void.
• Asian Handicap: Asian Handicap bets (known locally as voor bola) are settled based on the final score adjusted by the handicap line. Half-goal handicaps result in either full win/loss. Quarter-goal handicaps result in half-stake win/loss scenarios.

5.3 Casino Game Rules

Live casino and slot games are provided by third-party suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Asia Gaming, and others. All games are subject to the supplier's official rules and terms. mpo869 is not responsible for technical errors, disconnections, or disputes arising from supplier-side issues, but we will assist in forwarding complaints to the supplier when appropriate.

5.4 Togel Rules

Togel (Toto Gelap) is a numbers prediction game. mpo869 offers daily draws from Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau, Bangkok, and Taipei. Bet types include 4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, and Shio. All draws are conducted by independent third-party lottery operators, and results are final. Draw times and result publication schedules are published on the mpo869 platform in WIB. Bets placed after the draw cutoff time are void and refunded.

5.5 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion or coordination with other users to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or algorithms.
• Arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies between platforms.
• Abuse of bonuses through multiple accounts, fake identities, or coordinated play.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

• Session Time Reminders: Receive pop-up notifications after a set period of continuous play.

10.2 Involuntary Closure

mpo869 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice if:

• You fail to complete identity verification when requested.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Your Account remains inactive (no login or betting activity) for more than 12 consecutive months.

If your Account is closed for Terms violations, mpo869 reserves the right to confiscate any remaining balance and void all pending bets.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo869 operates. 13. Amendments to Terms
